This year chemists across the world will celebrate National Chemistry week from October 19-25. The theme this year is “The Hidden Life of Spices”. CSW has three ways you can help us celebrate.

The Spooky Mad Science Expo is celebrating its 10th year! This is an annual event that celebrates science each year at Halloween by sharing science-based activities with the community. This year’s event will be held at Patrick Henry Recreation Center (4653 Taney Ave Alexandria, VA 22304) on Saturday October 18th from 3pm to 7pm. CSW will be participating this year by running chemistry-based activities for kids.
