We are excited to share an upcoming ACS Division of Chemical Health and Safety Peer-Led virtual workshop, “RAMP Risk Management in the Research Lab,” taking place on Sunday, March 8, 2026, from 3:00–6:30 PM ET via Zoom.
This interactive workshop is designed to educate, guide, and empower scientists to systematically assess and manage risk in academic research labs using the RAMP framework (Recognize hazards, Assess risks, Minimize risks, Prepare for emergencies). Participants will work through real-world case studies and discussions to practice applying RAMP to lab activities and incidents.
