STEAM Night features amazing opportunities, activities, and exposure to the world of STEM to our bright and eager students through an EXPO style format. It is all about community and sparking the curiosity of learning and exploration as our students learn to become future leaders, problem solvers, and outstanding citizens of this world.
Volunteer!
As a volunteer, you can represent your company, any work that you have researched, or provide an activity for our students to participate in. You will have access to a 6-12 foot space to set up a presentation, hand out flyers, provide information about summer camps/clubs, build excitement through a STEAM activity, and so much more. You can decide how you want to use your space. If you are interested in becoming a Presenter/Volunteer, please fill out this GOOGLE FORM and save the date for 5/1/25 (see attached flyer). Dinner and any setup accommodations needed will be provided. More information on setup, parking, maps, and logistics will be forthcoming in April before the event.
Join Us for This Event!
Last year, we only expected 150 guests, but we were BLOWN AWAY when 300+ students, families, and community members showed up to interact with all the presentations and activities. We provide food trucks, partnerships, a laser show, and best of all student-run projects and activities. This year, we expect nothing less and want YOU to be a part of this exciting event.
Whether as a volunteer/presenter or attendee, we hope that you and your family will come and check it out, so you can see the amazing things our community and MCPS are doing to encourage young minds and spark curiosity.
