Celebrate National Chemistry Week with the American Chemical Society Illustrated Poem Contest. This is a fun activity for students to combine art and science. The key steps are:
1. Create an illustrated poem around the theme “Chemistry Under Construction”
2. Submit your poem and entry form to CSW@ACS.org by October 25th
including this completed form:
Poems will be judged by grade level (K-12) and prizes will be awarded for our winners.
CSW has had national winners before for the Poem Contest activity, so every student is strongly encouraged to participate.
