| The Younger Chemist Committee hosted a networking happy hour on February 21. Thirty-five attendees came to Provision No 14 in the U St neighborhood of Washington DC to meet their peers and learn more about CSW and what the YCC can do for them. Bonds spontaneously formed as young chemists mingled. Attendance was diverse as government workers, students, recent graduates, industry professionals, ACS employees, etc. came together over light food and drinks provided by YCC. If you wanted to know a bit more about a different area of the chemistry workforce, you could learn about it here. Business cards were exchanged and LinkedIn connections were made.
